- Communication, organization and coordination in the part of unification and delivery of documentation from competent authorities and legal entities, during the construction of the facility for the phases:
- Bases: geodesy and geomechanics,
- Architectural project,
- Construction project (construction, hydraulics and traffic),
- Electrical engineering project (electrical installations of high and low current),
- Mechanical design (thermotechnics, garage ventilation and smoke extraction, sprinkler and/or energy installations, elevator design),
- Landscaping (landscape architecture, construction, strong current, weak current, traffic, traffic signals),
- Other projects/elaborations (fire protection, occupational safety, environmental impact assessment…);
- Submitting a request for issuance of Urbanistic technical conditions as a basis for starting the process of realization of the investment/construction of the facility;
- Assistance and giving recommendations for the selection of quality and reliable legal entities (designers, auditors, contractors and professional supervision) required for the realization of the investment, as well as obtaining an offer for their service;
- Legal support in the form of drafting and/or control of contracts with legal entities, – to service providers during the construction of the facility/realization of the investment in the field of design, revision, performance of works and professional supervision, through precise definition of the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the contractual parties;
- Control and compliance with the dynamics of agreed deadlines for the preparation and revision of technical documentation;
- Consolidation of all documentation and submission of the same, necessary for the application of the construction of a high-rise building (equivalent to a building permit), to the competent authority, depending on whether the construction of a new building or the reconstruction of an existing one is being reported;
- Cooperation with competent authorities, unification and submission of the necessary documentation for connecting the building to infrastructure connections (construction and permanent), for electricity and water;
- Coordination and communication during the preparation of documentation and submission of the same for registration of the object in the title deed of the owner;
- Consolidation of documentation and submission of Requests for the issuance of licenses by competent authorities for legal and natural persons (License of designer and contractor, License of auditor and professional supervision, License of authorized engineer for the performance of technical documentation and building construction activities, Auditor’s license for the performance of technical audit activities documentation and professional supervision of the construction of the building);
